This policy outlines the terms governing order cancellations, returns, and refunds for all products supplied by Swarajya International Ventures. As a B2B supplier dealing in bulk and export orders, all transactions are subject to strict commercial conditions.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Order Confirmation
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty before written confirmation or advance payment
- Any quotation issued is non-binding until accepted and confirmed
After Order Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed (via written approval or payment), cancellation is subject to approval
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
After Production / Dispatch
- Orders that have entered production or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Any exception will be at the sole discretion of Swarajya International Ventures
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are strictly non-cancellable:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bulk production orders
- Special specification or branded materials
- Export orders already processed for shipment
Return Policy
Due to the nature of bulk supply and international shipping, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.
Eligible Return Conditions:
Returns may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product was supplied
- There is a verified manufacturing defect
Return Requirements:
- Issue must be reported within 3 to 7 days of delivery
- Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided
- Goods must remain unused and in original condition
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Products have been used, installed, or altered
- Damage is caused due to improper handling or storage at the buyer’s end
- Claim is raised after the allowed reporting period
Inspection & Claims
- Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery
- Any discrepancies (damage, shortage, wrong material) must be reported within the specified timeframe
- Failure to notify within this period will be considered acceptance of goods
- All claims are subject to internal verification and approval
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in approved cases, such as:
- Verified supply error
- Approved cancellation (before production)
- Confirmed return of eligible goods
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mutually agreed channel. Applicable deductions may include:
- Processing fees
- Bank charges
- Currency conversion charges
- Logistics or handling costs
Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer:
- Replacement of damaged or defective goods
- Partial replacement based on the extent of the issue
Replacement is subject to availability of stock and verification of claim.
Shipping & Logistics Responsibility
For Export Orders:
- Risk and responsibility transfer as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
- Once goods are handed over to the shipping line, liability is governed by agreed shipping terms
Important Notes:
Swarajya International Ventures is not responsible for:
- Delays in transit
- Customs clearance issues
- Port handling damages (unless covered under agreed terms)
Buyers are encouraged to arrange insurance where applicable.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Shipping disruptions
- Supply chain issues
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to cancellations, returns, or refunds will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution, as per agreed contractual terms. Jurisdiction shall be governed by applicable laws of the UAE and/or India, depending on the transaction.
